Seems Blake Lively and Serena Van der Woodsen have something major in common: a need for attention. We hope you're with us this one but we are dunzo with Blake's down-to-there look. We've seen it. We've seen it her movies. We've seen it in her magazine spreads. Heck, we've even seen it at a gazillion other red carpet events. Even though she's wearing the color of the evening in a paillette dripping Versace, Blake is one hot mess with her revealing rack once again making an unnecessary cameo on the RC.
