Sometimes, fashion, in its many (art) forms is totally subjective. As many of you have said, what's pretty to some people is ugly to others. But here is one universal example of a very ugly look seen on the street last week. This lady paired worn-in, dirty running shoes with ribbed socks and a long, flowy floral skirt.
