As teens, we love breaking rules and pushing the limits to fashion. But as a woman, c'mon! Don'tcha know how bad you look? This lady's patent leather ankle boots and awful rose print skirt couldn't be a worse combo. We'll give her props for the sheer tights -- they're a Kate Bosworth-y fabulous legwear trend for spring.
