Bubble Bum

We all know that a thick dress over thick jeans is a major no no. And, we also know that drop waist anything has to be balanced. So what was this girl thinking when she got dressed in this odd-length dress/shirt/tunic thingy? Sure, we love the ruffle and can think of so many cute ways to wear that green-check flannel (maybe with a low slung belt, thick wool leggings and riding boots?!?). But this way looks bulky and blah, especially on her cute figure. Why don't you weigh in on a waaaaaaay out-there look?
