Oh. My. God. What the heck is up with this girl's outfit?!? Shirtdresses and belts are hot, but not like this. First of all, a shirtdress should actually be a shirt dress (not just a shirt). And if you're dead set on pulling an Ashley Olsen and wearing a menswear shirt, make sure it's long enough to cover your bootie when you sit down. Finally, if you're going to cinch your waist with a belt, buckle at your actual waistline for a more form-flattering look.
