Neon No-No

Electric, neon hues are hot for spring and summer. Like alone, this girl’s bag is pretty stylin’! But pair it with an all-black outfit, and it screams "Halloween". Which, BTW, isn’t so cool if it’s not actually Halloween. In fact, truth be told, we just spotted this chica yesterday, and it was 70 degrees out!
