Dye-er Straits

Hey, we applaud this girl for living the rocker girl lifestyle from roots to toes, but we’d love to advise her on how to sport black, pink, and blonde hair the right way. Her dried out strands are screaming for a rest! We think she should lop of her locks shoulder-length and work with a dark top and a few blonder tips. She’d still look punk-tastic, but her hair would be a lot happier. What do you think?
