Knee-Shorts Shorty

Despite mixing dark navy with black, and having a blinding satchel, we didn't think this girl's outfit was bad at all…until we spotted her shorts! We've never seen knee-length dressy shorts with tights in this decade, and we're not sure they were super stylin' back in the day, either. What are your thoughts on the matter? Would you rock this girl's knee-shorts and tights?
