Poofy Pants

Ten-Hut! If you're in the army, tucking wide-leg pants into high black boots is the norm. But for everyday wear? Not so much. Given this girl's practical, stay-warm style -- check the knit hat and long coat -- we're confused as to why she's wearing such thin, dressy pants. Jeans would've been warmer, and would've looked better tucked-in, too! But that's just our two cents. What do you think?
