Ugly Leggy

Tattoo leggings are a major divider so we've noticed -- in fact, our office was very divided over how cool or uncool cute white tattoo leggings are. But one thing we could all agree on is that they should NOT be worn as this woman chose to. That super-fitted shirt shows off way too much! We think you should only wear one tight item at a time, so a legging would call for a more blousy, pouffy top. Right? Weigh in on what you think of the outfit below!
