In the auditions, they showed you talking about nose bleeds. How'd that come up?
I certainly didn't go out there professing my love for blood out of nowhere. It was prefaced with I was interested in human anatomy and genetic blood disorders and for a while I wanted to be a forensic scientist and possibly a mortician. I love the Discover Healthy Channel and I'm all about that. I was also interested in the Romanovs and the Bolshevik revolution and one of the children in the Romanovs had hemophilia and that's where that reference came from. It wasn't just an instantaneous confession of my love for blood.
