Last week's eppie was one of the biggest (or smallest?!) in Project Runway history -- the designers had to design a garment for a little girl. The catch? They also had to design a complementary outfit for their model -- think Mommy and Me meets high fashion. The models and the little girls strutted down the runway in matching attire, and the judges (including guest judge, Tory Burch) "oohed" and "aahed" over winner Seth Aaron's adorable black, white and pink mother/daughter creations. But Jeneane's "Halloween"-like look fell a little short...
