Last week's episode brought the designers to Hearst Tower -- home of many big name fashion mags like Marie Claire. They were greeted by EIC and guest judge Joanna Coles who gave the contestants their challenge -- to design a garment to be worn on the cover of the mag's April 2010 issue by none other than Heidi Klum. They were told to use a fun, springy color that'll really pop on the newsstand. And while Anthony's blue mini dress wowed the judges, Anna's three piece outfit didn't exactly get the same response...
