Being an assistant has its ups and downs. Do you like it?
I've been doing it for a long time so I've kind of reached my threshold. I would like change. It's a 24-hour job and I'm always working no matter what. There's somewhere in the world that someone needs clothes and it's my responsibility to get them. I don't want to be an assistant forever.

What is your advice to girls who are assisting right now in the fashion world?
Don't give up. Keep working and even more so right now because people are getting laid off. Right now in fashion just thinking about what we are all going through with the economy, we should be happy that we have jobs. Don't give up and always keep your eye on the ball.
