When we ran into Désirée, she was hurrying to catch a bus, and was loaded down with bags. But even with her baggage -- and the super-cold weather -- she talked with us! Here's what she had to say:

I'm on my way to catch a bus to Washington D.C.

Are you from D.C. originally?
No, I'm from Sweden, and just visiting. I go to school there.

What's your fave thing to wear?
Um... probably jeans and a nice top. Oh, and dresses! I love wearing dresses.
