Whether you wear a small key near your chest or a larger one that dangles to your stomach, you'll be wearing the hippest, most versatile necklace around! Polka dot tank

I'm obsessed with layering up -- even in the middle of summer (hey, I didn't say it was a smart move). And I very much related to Shakira when she talked about her "molehills." Keeping all this in mind, it's no wonder why I love this polka-dot tank from Wet Seal ($11.50, at wet seal stores)! Black 'n' white is always in style, and I can see this tank carrying me into fall (under a gray hoodie, perhaps?). But for now, I'll just wear it over a ribbed white tank, and relish the fact that it flatters my flat chest (yay for prints!) and lengthens my waistline.

I hate heels! They make my feet hurt in like .2 seconds and they never feel as good as they look. Lucky for me, downgrading your look is totally in for fall.
