PERSONAL FASHION PHILOSOPHY: Wear whatever you feel inside, and check out whole outfits in magazine layouts and such. It's easier to find stuff you'll actually wear if you see it put together somehow previously. Or else you could end up over-accessorizing and looking like a Christmas tree.
