Tip: Don't date someone if you're really in love with someone else.

Dating someone while your heart really belongs to a different person is just wrong! It's totally understandable that you might need a rebound fling to bounce back, but getting involved in a serious relationship is a big no-no. In One Tree Hill, Lucas is clearly in love with his ex Peyton, but he ends up dating (and getting engaged) to Lindsey. In the end, Lucas ends up with neither girl.
