Blake Lively & Penn Badgley

A few months ago, they were denying dating rumors, and Blake told People, "Everybody always tries to dig into your personal life or create things that aren't there. It's silly." Mm-hmm, sure, Blake! After tons of speculation, she and Penn finally came out as a couple at last month's star-studded Costume Institute Gala at New York's Metropolitan Museum Of Art. Since then, photogs have caught Blake and Penn acting lovey-dovey in Mexico's Mayan Riviera and all over NYC. Aww. Personally, we're thrilled for the hot couple, and even "mom" approves! Blake's TV mom, Kelly Rutherford, thinks they're great together.
