We'd been talking for awhile at school, football games, and online. He came to visit me and met my parents about a week before he asked me out. When I asked him what he wanted for his birthday he just said, "You'll see." I had no clue what he meant, but when his birthday finally came, he took my hand and said, "Will you go out with me?" He was sooo shy, I give him a lot of credit. It was the cutest thing! Later that day, I asked him what he meant when he said "You'll see," and he said, "I got what I wanted. You." He's the best thing that's ever happened to me, and I couldn't be any more blessed.
