The most ridiculous thing I've done to win a girl's heart happened in 6th grade, when I showed up during her math class and unexpectedly broke into song -- The Beach Boys, "Wouldn't It Be Nice" while simultaneously handing her a card and chocolates. Looking back, it was probably the most romantic thing any 6th grader could ever do, but at the time, I think her class just laughed at me, and she ended up disliking me even more for embarrassing her. Better luck next time, right?
