My BF and I go to the same school but he lives in a different state. Every day he commutes to our school from NJ while I come from NYC. Our school is in Queens so it takes us both an hour to get there. One week, there was a transit strike in NYC and I couldn't get to school. When I called my boyfriend to tell him that I wasn't going to school, he told me that he would pick me up! I thought he was crazy because it would take him three extra hours in the morning, but he insisted. For the whole week, my BF picked me up and dropped me off back home. He wouldn't even take the gas money I offered him. I'm one lucky girl!
