"He dumped me on my mom's birthday!"

I had liked this guy for five years, and he finally asked me out. By this time I had completely fallen for him because we had been friends for so long. Six weeks later, he decided to dump me (on my mom's birthday, I might add.) He said that we should "see other people." Later, I found out that he was dating someone else almost the entire time we were dating! Needless to say, I was heartbroken. Jerk.
