"He blamed me for his bad grades!"

My boyfriend and I have been together for over 10 months. I love him and I would do absolutely anything for him. All school year, I told him to go to class, do his homework, and think about his future. His parents and I even convinced him to go into computer engineering instead of limiting his options to "rock star" or "movie star". He graduated, but he didn't do as well in his classes as he could have. He ditched his schoolwork to write songs, play guitar, or do extra stuff for drama club. (I know it's important to do the things you love, but it shouldn't interfere with things that are important.) Now he tells me that he wishes we'd waited to start dating until after he graduated, that way he could've spent more time on his homework and gotten better grades. (Me? I was the one always pushing him to do better!) He's also been acting like a jerk, and telling me that he wishes my chest was smaller, or that he could be with other girls. He says he still loves me and wants to be with me. Should I even believe that?
