"He ruined my Halloween!"
I was so excited to spend Halloween with my boyfriend this year. He invited me to his friend's party, and I thought it'd be so much fun. We planned our costumes and everything was going great. When we showed up at his friend's house and rang the bell, his ex-girlfriend Shannon opened the door. He never told me the party was at his ex's house! And it didn't help that she looked super hot dressed as Shakira. (I felt so dumb wearing my old soccer uniform.) She gave me the fakest smile, and I gave her one too. Later on, I asked my boyfriend why he never told me it was at her house, and he said he wanted us all to be friends. I figured I'd make the best of it, but he didn't make it easy! He spent the whole night flirting with her and making stupid Shakira jokes. All I could do was give her dirty looks and give him guilty looks. When he finally drove me home, I didn't talk to him the whole way. I can't believe he ruined my Halloween!
