"He pretended to be 'the perfect man'!"

Anthony was my first boyfriend ever, but after we broke up we had no communication with each other. Then, a whole year later, he called me again. We talked for a month before deciding that we should give dating another shot. Of course, our first date had to be amazing, so we planned a perfect date. We saw The Perfect Man, and during the movie he kept saying he was the perfect man for me, since he chose to be with me again. He said all the nicest things. It was all but short of "I love you." After the movie, we drove home and kissed goodbye, and he said he'd call me that night. I waited, but he never called. Three days later, he still hadn't called, so I decided to call him myself. When he picked up, he said, "Oh, hey, I can't talk right now. One of my friends is over� well, actually, my girlfriend." I can't believe that he's such a jerk -- and, ironically, he calls himself 'The Perfect Man'!
