"He cheated on me while I had surgery!"

I had been with this amazing guy for almost a year. We did everything together, and I was seriously in love. One day I went to the doctor for a check-up, and he found a tumor in my spleen. He said they would have to do surgery and remove my spleen altogether! My boyfriend was by my side the whole time and he even visited me in the hospital. After I got out of the hospital, I expected more visits and get well baskets, but I didn't get anything. Then, my friend called and told me my boyfriend had slept with a girl from work and got her pregnant the day before my surgery! I confronted him about it, and, of course, he denied it, but I broke up with him immediately. When I got back to school, I saw the girl he cheated on me with, and she told me it was true. I was so stunned I couldn't speak, but she kept asking me to say something. Finally, I said, "You better be glad I'm still on pain killers!"
