"He stayed up all night long to help me study!"

I want to attend this really cool sleep away volleyball camp this summer, but it's really expensive, so I made a deal with my parents to work out the payment plans. I promised them I'd work a part time job to save up and pay for half of the fees. So needless to say, after trying to balance homework and my job week after week, I've been pretty exhausted lately. I had this big calculus test that I needed to study for, but I wound up waiting until the night before to get started. I knew I had to pull an all-nighter, but since I hadn't gotten much sleep, I was afraid I wouldn't be able to stay up. My BGF felt sorry for me so he agreed to come over and camp out in the den to help me stay up. This was a big deal because he also had to take the test the next day, and I knew he needed his rest. I told him not to worry about it, but he insisted! We somehow managed to stay up and study all-night long and stay awake long enough to pass the test. (I couldn't have done it without him!) The following Saturday he took me out to celebrate our A pluses. Over dinner he asked me to be his girlfriend. I said yes. And I have to say, dropping the "G" in BGF never felt so good!
