I started hanging out with an old friend at the beginning of the summer. She had made some new friends. One was her BF and the other was one of the sweetest guys I had ever met. We hung around each other so much that if someone invited me somewhere, it was automatically assumed he would come with me. Soon it became a little more than just friends. We'd hook up, but then afterwards, he would talk about other girls! He started growing more distant. Then I found out that he was trying to date not one but two of my closest friends! I realize I deserve way better than him.
