He said: "Guys are just simple when it comes to thinking. If we are going to do something, we like to get it done and move on to the next thing we have to do. Plus, lots of guys don't like to look weak, and they most definitely don't want to be wrong. So when we apologize, we feel stupid because we obviously did something wrong and now we have to fix it."
