David Katzenberg

David Katzenberg, son of Dreamworks founder Jeffrey Katzenberg, met Mary-Kate in 2003. The two stayed together for almost a year -- an eternity in celeb relationships! David was kind enough to stand by her through her treatment for her eating disorder. However, the two split ways in 2004 after MK flew off for her freshman year of college at NYU. The distance was just too much for these sweethearts. Rumors swirled that the two might get back together in 2005, but no dice. Now David is dating Nicky Hilton and the tabs are reporting they could be engaged!
