Jared Leto

After calling it quits with Matt, Cameron's next long term relationship was with none other than Jared Leto -- actor and frontman of 30 Seconds to Mars. Even though there were serious wedding rumors (hello? Cam sported a $15,000 ring to the 2003 Golden Globes), the couple split after four years. We could blame it on Miss Diaz's rising career or their drastically different personalities, but we'll never know for sure. They kept their relationship under lock and key.
