Evan met her first famous beau, Jamie Bell, on the set of Green Day's 2005 music video, "Wake Me Up When September Ends," and once rumors circulated that the two were an item, Evan wasn't shy about sharing her feelings for the British Billy Elliot cutie. "I think Jamie is awesome," she told People. "And it's even better when you know him because he's just a completely different person on screen." It's too bad their romance fizzled in 2006. Their relationship might have faded away but the matching tattoos on their ankles of each other's initials will be there forever. Woops!
